Before launching SBT Supplies, I served as General Manager at a national barber-supplies retailer, leading merchandising, supplier partnerships, and customer operations during a period of strong growth. That hands-on experience, knowing what actually lasts on the floor, how to set honest lead times, and how to make bulky freight and warranties painless shapes everything we do here.
