SBT Supplies Refund & Return Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with SBT Supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

1. 30-Day Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Eligibility: For a change-of-mind return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Restocking Fee: Returns for heavy equipment (e.g., barber chairs) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service.

 

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email info@sbtsupplies.com.au with your Order Number and photos of the item.

  • Approval Required: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Return Location: Once approved, we will provide the specific warehouse return address (Sydney or Brisbane) depending on your location and the product type.
  • Please note: Our Green Point office is an administrative location only and cannot accept physical returns.

 

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for items that are faulty, damaged, or do not match the description.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
  • For major faults, you have the right to choose between a refund or replacement.
  • SBT Supplies will cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed faulty or damaged items.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Perishable goods or hazardous materials.
  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days
