SBT Supplies Shipping & Delivery Policy


Thank you for shopping with SBT Supplies. This policy explains our shipping timelines and freight charges to ensure a transparent experience for our customers.

 

1. Processing and Delivery Timeline

To provide clear expectations, we adhere to the following standard timelines:

  • Order Handling Time: All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

 

  • Estimated Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days Australia-wide. Remote areas may experience longer lead times depending on the carrier.

 

2. Freight Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your payment. We aim to provide the most competitive rates using reputable national carriers.

 

Freight Price Accuracy Note:
Due to the nature of certain delivery locations (e.g., remote areas) or specific address types (residential vs. commercial), freight charges may occasionally require adjustment. We reserve the right to contact you if the actual freight cost exceeds the amount quoted at checkout. Should you not wish to proceed with the updated freight charges, a full refund will be arranged and transferred back to your original payment method within 2–10 business days.


 

3. Receiving Your Delivery (Damage or Issues)

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you notice visible damage:

 

1. Note the damage with the driver at the time of delivery.

 

2. Contact us immediately at info@sbtsupplies.com.au. We request that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery to assist with carrier claims. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if a product is found to be faulty or damaged.

 

4. Redelivery Fees

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or if no one is available to receive the goods (where a signature is required), a redelivery fee of $99 (inc. GST) may apply. Please ensure your shipping details are 100% accurate before confirming your order.
